The Pavilion People show at Woodfield Pavilion ends on July 2nd but that isn't the end of my activities for next month. I shall be featured in all of the following events in July.
Brixton Art Prize Shortlist Exhibition - The Department Store, Brixton, July 1st - 3rd Brixton Bugle Summer Art Show - Brixton Tate Library July 4th - 26th Townhouse Open 2022, Spitalfields, London, July 13th - September 4th Urban Art Brixton 2022, Josephine Avenue SW2 - July 16th/17th I'm looking forward to the Brixton Art Prize awards ceremony on June 30th, the Pavilion People closing party on July 1st, especially as my painting sold last week. Also, the artists drinks at the Townhouse and I hope there will be some sort of celebration at the Tate Library as well. I'm sure we can turn my Urban Art fair pitch into some sort of street party again this year too.

I'm in two minds whether to sell these at the Urban Art Fair in Brixton next month or wait until I can find somewhere to exhibit them. I think there is still some tinkering to be done, even after 8 months. I'm not convinced about the name either and they should all have individual names. I've noticed that my minimal naming and or numbering of works isn't very illuminating! If I can find somewhere to show them, I will.
I'm happy to report that (In The City) It's Hard To Be Alone has been accepted for the Townhouse Spitalfields Summer Open Exhibition this year. Which will run from mid-July to mid September.
Woohoo, I've been shortlisted for the Brixton Art Prize! I'm one of the 20 artists that will be taking part in the public exhibition at Brixton's Department Store from Friday 1st July - 3rd July 2022 open 10am-6pm daily. I'm a bit excited!
Ooh, bit tardy on the updates this month. So, just dropped this off at the Townhouse Spitalfields for stage 2 of the selection process for this Summer's Open and Camberwell Arts Market is looming with only 2 weeks to go so I'm thinking frames. I'm also deciding what to enter into the next show at the Woodfield Pavilion.
