Adding stuff to Saatchi Art is a bit of a chore and the addition of their 40% and the shipping and handling costs bloats the prices considerably if I am to get the same amount of money as I would selling them through this site, but I believe I will reach more people that way. I can always be contacted to discuss sales and shipping independently or to make an appointment to come and view the works at my home studio in SW2, or even to set up pay in instalments options..

That was a very successful show; seven paintings as well as prints and cards sold. I'm now making a few tweaks to the website and my Instagram profile while debating whether to resurrect my neglected Saatchi Arts account. All until the end of August that is, when I will be at the Mall Galleries for the Through The Looking Glass group show, closely followed by the Anna Lovely Gallery Summer Open.
Still got people viewing the flat so I can't get the studio in too much of a mess and I still have some older pieces I want to sell before I make any more pieces so I feel a sale coming on. Sign up to my newsletter [see home page] to be the first to hear. A week from now Martyn Woods and I will be setting up shop at Boxpark, Shoreditch for out inaugral gallery pop-up. Initially showing just our own work it is hoped that we will continue to grow a roster of artists and pop-up in various places in and around London. You will find us at Unit 15 on Bethnal Green Road. We open the doors at 11:00am on Tuesday 4th April and there will be drinks to celebrate from 5:00pm on Wednesday 5th. We now have a website live and an Instagram account.
Pleased to say that I sold four of the Ugly Beautiful series on the last day of the Curious Kudu show. So thank you, whoever you were. Nothing more from me for the rest of this year but already three shows lined up for 2023. The Sprout New faces show in January, then my Liminal Life show, also at Sprout, in May and another solo show at the end of June beginning of July that should also coincide with Urban Art Brixton and hopefully I will get into the Townhouse Open again this summer too.
I will also be having a January sale, via the Artist Support Pledge, after the festive period is over, to make some space for the works I will need to produce for next years exhibitions. I've added those four sales to my mocked up sales wall... |
