I will be popping up at Camberwell Arts Market on Saturday September 25th as part of the London Design Fair. The event runs from 11:00 - 17:00 and I will have a selection of small paintings and prints for sale. Burgess Business Park Parkhouse Street SE5 7TJ In other news, the first of my Everything Is Broken series has sold as part of the Town House Open 2021 [you can still get to see it until September 12th. I am currently working on the fifth in this series, which I hope to be exhibiting later in the year. I will be putting this fifth one on hold for a while though as I will be starting a large commission next week. More on that when it is completed. That's the Summer Show over for this year and congratulations to Cherise Hewett for winning the people's vote and collecting the Colin Failes award. It was nice to be able to celebrate the event with a few drinks and say hello to everyone involved.
I'm pleased to say that these three paintings will be on show at some point in July [The easing of Covid restrictions will dictate when]. Below is Everything Is Broken 1, which will be at the Townhouse Gallery in Spitalfields from July 10th to September 12th. Below that are Sisyphus and Global Village idiot, which will both be hanging in the Brixton Summer Art Show in Brixton Library.    .The Brixton Blog & Bugle Art Show is now online and will be for the duration of December. My two pieces are right in front of you when you go through the "doors". Be patient, the gallery takes a while to load. You can take a guided tour or make your own way round the 70 artworks on display. Clicking on a piece gives you details of the artist, medium, size, price and contact details  Finally got some more work up on the Emerging Artist platform. Four more pieces are now available. As expected, my solo show has had to be moved from next January and will now [hopefully] be some time in the Summer [2021].  |
