I will be exhibiting with the Sprout Arts members as part of the Wandsworth Artists' Open House from October 3rd to 15th and taking part in the Streatham Arts Festival between October 13th and 22nd. I will have a larger work in the window of Charles Carter Hair, with Martin Grover, as part of their Arts Trail. I will have an even larger piece in St Leonard's Church and four smaller pieces in Streatham Tate Library. Finally, I will have another work in the Woodfield Pavilion.
So that's eight of my works that will out and about and available to buy in SW16 during October.

Tonight is the Private View and Garden Party at the Anna Lovely Gallery in SE26 and it's a scorcher in London. Been finishing a new piece for the next Sprout Open in October. It isn't finished yet but I sent a submission photo of the progress so far...
The first week of my You Can't Take It With You show has been a great success, with nine sales so far, despite a fairly low key Private View last week. I'm not back at the Woodfield Pavilion until 11:00am Wednesday. I'll be there from Wednesdays to Sundays until the 16th, when there will be closing party in the afternoon. I won't be there on Saturday 1st as the space is closed for a private event and I'll be at Blur's Wembley Stadium gig anyway! These are my two most recent sales. Made going there yesterday, feeling the after effects of the Iggy Pop gig night before, worthwhile. The Brixton Summer Art Show opens today at 1:00pm, where you will find my "Birth, School, Work, Death" painting. The show is on, as ever, in the Brixton Tate Library and runs until July 27th. My painting is named after Godfathers song. Little known fact, I was very briefly in a band with Kris Dollimore from the Godfathers after he left them back in the 90s.
My next solo show, You Can't Take It With You, opens on Wednesday 28th, with an opening party from 6.00pm on Friday 30th.which I hope to see a few faces at.
The title is an alternative t Everything Must Go, which I thought sounded a tad desperate. But I do need to sell off a few paintings as I don't want o be taking them to Cornwall with me when we move. Our flat is about to go on the market this week so this may be the last show I do in London for a while. A week from now Martyn Woods and I will be setting up shop at Boxpark, Shoreditch for out inaugral gallery pop-up. Initially showing just our own work it is hoped that we will continue to grow a roster of artists and pop-up in various places in and around London. You will find us at Unit 15 on Bethnal Green Road. We open the doors at 11:00am on Tuesday 4th April and there will be drinks to celebrate from 5:00pm on Wednesday 5th. We now have a website live and an Instagram account.
